This Privacy Policy explains how DMC Tecnologia, Computação e Inovação processes personal data in the Lista Compartilhada app.

1. Data We Collect

We may collect and process the following data:

- email address and account identification data, used for authentication and access to the app;
- data from lists created by the user, including items, tasks, recipes, shopping lists, events, organization, and sharing history;
- invitation and collaboration data, when the user shares lists with other people;
- data related to the use of artificial intelligence features, such as text entered by the user to generate suggestions for lists, recipes, shopping items, tasks, or event preparations;
- subscription data, such as the subscribed plan, subscription status, expiration date, and identifiers required to validate purchases through Google Play;
- technical data necessary for security and app operation, such as error logs, internal identifiers, device information, IP address, and access logs.

We do not store complete credit card details or payment method information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play.

2. Purpose of Processing

The data is used to:

- allow user registration, login, and authentication;
- synchronize lists across devices;
- enable list sharing with invited users;
- generate smart suggestions for lists, shopping, recipes, tasks, and preparations;
- validate subscriptions and enable premium features;
- send account-related communications, such as registration, password recovery, account deletion, and operational notices;
- maintain security, prevent fraud, fix errors, and improve the app's operation.

3. Sharing Lists with Other Users

When a user shares a list, invited users may view and interact with the data in that list, according to the features and permissions available in the app.

The user is responsible for the information they choose to enter and share within lists.

4. Legal Basis

Personal data is processed based on the performance of services requested by the user, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, legitimate interest for security and app improvement, and, when applicable, user consent, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018).

5. Sharing with Third Parties and Service Providers

We may use technology providers, cloud infrastructure providers, authentication services, email delivery services, payment processing services, subscription validation services, error analysis tools, and artificial intelligence resources.

These providers process data only to the extent necessary to support the operation, security, support, and improvement of the app.

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google's terms and policies.

6. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed on servers located in Brazil or abroad, depending on the infrastructure and providers used to operate the app.

When international data transfers occur, we adopt measures compatible with applicable data protection laws.

7. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, improper disclosure, or misuse.

These measures include access controls, security logs, and data transmission through protected connections.

Despite our security efforts, no system is completely risk-free. Users should also protect their access credentials.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, operate the account, synchronize lists, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, support audits, and maintain security.

Users can delete their account and associated data directly in the app, through the account settings area.

After deletion, account data, personal lists, and associated information will be removed or anonymized, except when retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, or exercise legal rights.

9. Data Subject Rights

Under the LGPD, data subjects may request:

- confirmation of data processing;
- access to personal data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
- data portability, when applicable;
- information about data sharing;
- withdrawal of consent, when applicable;
- deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

10. Children and Teenagers

Lista Compartilhada is not directed to young children. The app may be used by teenagers, according to the applicable Google Play rating and rules.

Users under the age of majority should use the app with the knowledge and supervision of their parents or legal guardians.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the app, services used, or legal and regulatory requirements.

The date of the latest update will always be shown at the beginning of this document.
